Landau Lifschitz Systems package contains class for Landau Lifchitz systems simulations
It contains the class:
- SM_LandauLifschitzBeam which is a specialization class of SM_Beam class to implement methods can only be applied to SM_LandauLifschitzSystem class
- SM_LandauLifschitzLoader which is a loader of classes of this package
- SM_LandauLifschitzOptions which describes options for creation/initialization classes of the package
This package has different modules which implement Landau Lifschitz classes:
- Landau Lifschitz System package for Stoch Magnet module which groups general Laudau Lifschitz classes:
- SM_LandauLifschitzFunction defines the Landau Lifschitz function with 2 formulations depending on predefined \(|S|=1\) or not:
- \( f(\mu,b)= \displaystyle -\frac{\gamma}{1+\lambda^2} \left ( \mu \wedge b + \lambda \left ( (\mu \cdot b) \mu - |\mu|^2 b \right ) \right ) \).
- \( f(\mu,b)= \displaystyle -\frac{\gamma}{1+\lambda^2} \left ( \mu \wedge b + \lambda \left ( (\mu \cdot b) \mu - b \right ) \right ) \).
- SM_NoiseRateFunction defines a noise rate function with compute a noise rate depending on time \(\varepsilon(t)\) implementing interface SM_NoiseRateFunctionInterface
- SM_TemperatureNoiseRate defines the link function between temperature and noise rate
- SM_TimeStepper defines the constant time step.
- SM_LandauLifschitzSystem defines a Landau Lifschitz system depending on time steps and noise rate function and implements general time system methods : stochasticRun() and deterministicRun()
- Noise rate Functions package forLandau Lifschitz System package for Stoch Magnet module which defines noise rate function classes:
- SM_NoiseRateFunctionsClassFactory to manages class instanciation and initialization of the package
- SM_ConstantNoiseRateFunction defines a constant noise rate function \(\varepsilon(t)=\varepsilon_0 \)
- SM_InverseNoiseRateFunction defines an inverse noise rate function \(\varepsilon(t)=\frac{\varepsilon_0}{(1+t)^q}\)
- stochmagnet_landauLifschitz_omp or MPI implementation of Landau Lifschitz classes forLandau Lifschitz System package for Stoch Magnet module which groups classes implementation with openmp facilities:
- SMOMPI_LandauLifschitzClassFactory to manages class instanciation and intialization of the package
- SMOMPI_LandauLifschitzFunction to computes Landau Lifschitz function with OpenMP decomposition by using the method SM_LandauLifschitzFunction::computeSliceFunction()
- SMOMPI_LandauLifschitzBeam to defines the templated function : runWithSCStochasticFunctions()
- SMOMPI_LandauLifschitzSystem to defines the templated function stochasticRunWithSCStochasticFunctions() and virtual method for general time system evolution:
- computeVariationMagneticField() to compute \(dH=H.dt\)
- computeBrownianVariationMagneticField() to compute \( dH=H.dt+ \sqrt{dt} . \varepsilon (t) . \mathcal{N}(0,1) \)
- computeBrownianVariationMagneticFieldWithSCStochasticFunctions which is a templated version of computeBrownianVariationMagneticField() method.
- SMOMPI_HeunSystem is an implementation of the Heun scheme to solve the Landau Lifschitz time system which implements the virtual method computeMagneticMomentDirectionsAtNextTimeStep()
- SMOMPI_ItoSystem is an implementation of the Ito scheme to solve the Landau Lifschitz time system which implements the virtual method computeMagneticMomentDirectionsAtNextTimeStep()
- SMOMPI_StratonovichNormalizedSystem is an implementation of the normalized Stratonovich scheme to solve the Landau Lifschitz time system which implememts the virtual method computeMagneticMomentDirectionsAtNextTimeStep()
- SMOMPI_StratonovichSystem is an implementation of the Stratonovich scheme to solve the Landau Lifschitz time system which implememts the virtual method computeMagneticMomentDirectionsAtNextTimeStep()
- All the system operates on SMOMPI_Network implmentation of a network. It uses the method SMOMPI_Network::mpiExchangeFieldValues() for mpi exchange data field between cores used in the method SM_System::computeMagneticMomentDirectionsAtNextTimeStep()
- stochmagnet_landauLifschitz_serial which is the same module as omp with no openmp pragma
