main package for running MPI version of Stoch Magnet core contains classes to run the MPI version of Stoch Magnet code
It contains the main runner class SMOMPI_Run which creates class factories list with the method createClassFactories() and run the program with the method makeRun(); This methods used the follwoing classes:
- SMOMPI_UtilityRunner to generate a map of dipolar fields when magnetic moment directions is given
- SMOMPI_NetworkBuilderRunner to create network files
- SMOMPI_BeamRunner to run a beam or a cycle of beams
The commands are
- curie-temperature-range to run a range of temperature beam
- curie temperature to eun a beam for a given temperature
- boltzmann to simulate a boltzmann distribution
- hysteresis to run hysteresis cycle
- trajectory : to save trajectories within a beam
- save : to save the options
- network: to generate network files
Running a beam needs to set the stochastic output to compute defined in stochasti cOutput package to define the stochastic data to save during the simulation of beam. The definition of cycle of beam running is defined in cycle package to run a cycle of beam of trajectories in the Stoch Magnet code
